Quality Management System
Cimarron has been ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000 certified (registrar is DNV) since August 13, 2001. Our certification includes software design
and development, and program management. Our program manager will tailor a Program Management Plan (PMP) from our organization's Program Management Process,(Cimarron
Document QSP-PM-00). The Plan requires the Program Manager to develop and document: a Business Management Plan, a Customer Relations Plan, a Customer Satisfaction
Plan, an Employee Satisfaction Plan, a Project Safety Plan, a Technical DeliveryPlan, a Risk Management Plan, a Corporate Interface Plan, a composite contract
requirements compliance matrix, deliverable schedules, and required metrics.
The PMP is reviewed at least twice each year, once by the Program Manager, and once by the Corporate Quality Manager. The Plan is reviewed and updated when contract changes are approved for implementation. The PMP identifies program objectives that contribute to achieving Cimarron's Corporate Quality Policy: Consistently improve processes to consistently provide products and services meeting customer requirements. The objectives shall provide quantitative evidence we:
- Provide products and services that meet all customer requirements.
- Provide all support services as contracted.
- Provide all employee and management services to support customer needs.
The measured quantitative results are evaluated and reviewed by Cimarron Executive Management during our quarterly Management Review. When the objectives are not satisfactory or trending away from the desired results, Executive Management initiates corrective action.
