Quality Management System
Cimarron is ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2008 certified (registrar is DNV). Our certification includes the design and development of software, hardware systems integration, and program management. Our Corporate Management System Overview (Cimarron Document QSP-PM-OV, CMSO) is Cimarron's Quality Manual which was developed and maintained to describe Cimarron’s Quality Management System. Our project managers tailor a Project Management Plan (Cimarron Document PIO-PM-300, PjMP) from their Organization's Management System Overview Process, (Cimarron Document PIO-PM-500, OMSO). The Plan requires the Program/Project Manager to initiate, plan, execute and control the project to insure the customer requirements are fulfilled.
Each Vice President reviews their OMSO annually for any required changes. The Overview is reviewed and updated when contract changes have been reviewed and approved for implementation. The OMSO identifies program objectives that contribute to achieving Cimarron's Corporate Quality Policy: Consistently improve processes to consistently provide products and services meeting customer requirements. The objectives shall provide quantitative evidence we:
- Provide products and services that meet all customer requirements.
- Provide all support services as contracted.
- Provide all employee and management services to support customer needs.
The measured quantitative results are reviewed, evaluated for necessary corrective actions or continual improvement opportunities monthly by the Program Manager (PM). The PM presents the results to the Chief Operating Officer at the monthly Program Management Review.
