Vice President | Defense Systems - Marv LeBlanc, P.E., PMP
As Cimarron's Vice President for Defense Systems, Mr. Marv LeBlanc is responsible for the management of all contracts with the Department of Defense and the United States Department of Agriculture. Mr. LeBlanc is the Program Manager for Cimarron's support of the United States Special Operations Command in Florida and the Department of Agriculture Finance Center in Louisiana. Marv has over 24 years of experience in the management, design, development, and implementation of command and control systems in the military, commercial, and NASA sectors.
Prior to joining Cimarron, he served with the Harvard/Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics as Flight Director for operations of the NASA Chandra Observatory and with NASA as Chief of Systems Engineering for Mission Control Center Houston.
Marv holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&I University and a Master of Science in Space Sciences from the University of Houston. He also is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute.
During his military career with the United States Navy, Marv served as an Aeronautical Engineering Officer supporting the Naval Air Systems Command and the Computer Systems Division of the Office of Naval Research. In addition, Marv serves as a football official with the NCAA Lonestar and American Southwest Conferences.
