Our Quality Management System Processes
- Our organization and processes were appraised to conform to SEI/CMMI Level 3 in December 2007 and then again in April 2010, using the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI Method), Staged Representation. We are planning on a CMMI reappraisal in April, 2013.
- Prior to this, our organization and processes were assessed to conform to SEI/CMM Level 3 in July 2003, using the CMM-Based Appraisal for Internal Process Improvement (CPA IPI Method).
- Our organization and processes have been certified to conform to ISO 9001:2008 since August, 2001. The certification is for the design and development of software and program management.

- Project Management processes. Cimarron strongly encourages our managers to achieve the Project Management Institute’s PMP certification.
