USAMS is an IDIQ 5 year multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement with the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). Cimarron is a subcontractor to SES. SES is one of six Prime BPA awardees.

Support Services (EXPRESS) program is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) based upon the use of GSA Federal Supply Schedules for acquiring advisory and
assistance services (including all supervision, labor, incidental materials, and travel). Cimarron is a subcontractor in two domains:
